The Investor is assisted in completing the administrative procedure by the Investor Service Office, which proposes an „investment supervisor” as a link between the Investor and individual units of the Town Hall.
The tasks of the Project Manager include: preparing information about the city’s investment opportunities (including the offer of investment areas, office space, halls and warehouses), assisting the Investor in all necessary administrative and legal procedures occurring during the project implementation, offering quick access to comprehensive information regarding the economic and legal environment of the investment, providing comprehensive assistance in finding the right location, in line with the expectations of the Investor, as well as partners and subcontractors, post-investment care for companies (supporting companies that are already operating in the commune), information on investment incentives provided by the commune self-government and by Specials Economic Zones, Technology parks, etc.
